A Yummy Treat From YaYa

YaYa went out to California last week and brought John Thomas back this treat which kept him occuppied for about an hour. YUMMY!

Susan G. Komen 5K

Heather and I walked in the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation 5K on Saturday with a group from her work, we had lots of fun supporting a great cause. My Grandmother had breast cancer and had a double mastectomy back in 1997 and it metastasized last year before she passed away so I walked in honor of my Granny whom I love and miss dearly. Although the weather did not cooperate there were thousands of people that showed up to run/walk, my sister-in-law ran in the race as well and finished in 25 minutes (WOW). We will be walking again next year and plan on having a big team of supporters. I thought it was neat that even dyed the fountain in Linn Park pink.

Watching Elmo

He likes to climb up in Mine and Scott's bed to watch his Elmo DVD, this is how we get calmed down and ready to go to bed, please excuse his hair in these photos, we are getting ANOTHER hair cut this week.

B-O-O-T-S.....Boots

One of John Thomas' favorites songs is Boots by Laurie Berkner. He wanted his boots on the other night but he wouldn't really walk in them, I think they are a little small. He also loves puzzles, trains, and watching Elmo.

Playing Outside

This boy loves to play outside. When it hasn't been raining outside we have enjoyed being in our backyard. We have to get a net for our trampoline ASAP, it makes me a nervous wreck when he is jumping.

My Little Climber

John Thomas is into everything these days, he loves to climb on anything. I found him on the kitchen table the other day trying to get a Capri Sun and he looked so cute I had to take a picture.
