Tooth #2

Can you see it? Tooth #2 made its arrival last weekend. I am thinking it pushed through on Saturday because he wasn't very good for his YaYa that day. His teeth are as sharp as razors and he has managed to bite a few people. FYI.....Don't stick your fingers in a teething baby's mouth.

Exersaucer Fun

John Thomas LOVES his exersaucer. I can put him in it whenever I need to get something done around the house. He is rolling around like crazy and can manage to get wherever he wants to go when I lay him on the floor.
We have a fun and busy weekend ahead of us and I will be sure to take lots of pictures.

Hurricane Faye

Last weekend Scott and I went to the beach with Heather and Josh. Because of Hurricane Faye we didn't have great weather but we did have fun. We missed Big'n while were gone and I bet I called MiMi 20 times the 1st day just to see what he was doing.

1st Trip to the Zoo

Me, John Thomas, Mom, Krista, Ward, and Kate all went to the Zoo on Monday. We got to see the baby Giraffe and John Thomas go to go on his first train ride. We had a blast and can't wait to go back.

The Sunday Paper

I was trying to read the paper on Sunday but someone else was more interested in playing with it, I decided to make him hat so he could wear it as well.

The Tooth

I finally got a picture if his tooth that has broken through. He also has started sucking his left thumb ( I wonder if he will be left handed). The bottom right tooth should be breaking through anyday. He has had a hard time staying asleep the past 2 nights............ any teething advice is appreciated.

Feet

My favorite Dr. Suess book is the Foot Book and boy has John Thomas been having fun now that he found his piggies. He likes to touch, grab, and even suck on them as often as he can. Excuse the bed head he has in these pics but I grabbed my camera as soon as he got up from his nap the other day. He is really starting to be a lot of fun and is so laid back.

Sleepy Heads!

I always know if Scott and John Thomas have gotten quiet that they must be sleeping. I walked into our den the other day and this is what I found. Could there be anything any sweeter?

Playtime

B/c John Thomas wasn't taking any naps last week we got lots of playtime in. He is rolling over so much now that you can't turn your back for 1 minute. He actually yanked the toy off of his playmat and was using it to sooth his gums (mean teeth). This little boy LOVES to hear himself scream as well. He will just play and scream all the time.

AAARRRGGGHHH!!!

This is a picture of Brooks (Angel and Chris' little boy). Friday we had Angel, Brooks, Mandy, and Coleman all over for some fun.
I can't believe I didn't get a picture of the boys all together or even one of Coleman or John Thomas by themselves. I was pretty tired because I had actually spent all morning trying to get John Thomas down for a nap. He had no nap on wed., Thurs., Fri., or Sat. Although on Sunday after sleeping his usual 12 hours at night he took a nap from 10am - 3:15pm. WOW!!! He is now asleep for his morning nap and has managed to be asleep for at least an hour (let's hope it last longer). We have abusy week and weekend ahead of us.
